How to use the business Card Maker

  1. Choose a card size and layout.
  2. Fill in your details and upload your logo (a PNG with a transparent background works best).
  3. Pick your colours and what the QR code on the back should do.
  4. Download the front and back, or the A4 print sheet, and take them to a printer.

What to put on a business card

  • Your name and job title, so people remember who they met.
  • Your business name and logo.
  • One or two ways to reach you: a mobile or WhatsApp number and an email are usually enough.
  • Your website, written short (example.com, not https://www.example.com/).
  • A QR code that saves your contact details to their phone in one scan.

Sizes and printing

Two sizes are common: 3.5 × 2 inches (89 × 51 mm), the US and Pakistan standard, and 85 × 55 mm, the European size used in the UAE and much of the world. The tool exports at 300 DPI, the resolution printers expect.

Professional printers usually want a "bleed": an extra 3 mm of background beyond the cut line, so no white edge appears if the cut is slightly off. If your printer asks for bleed, keep important text well inside the edges and ask them to scale or extend the background, or use our design service for print-ready files with bleed and crop marks.

Make the card work for your business

A business card is often the first step to an online search. Make sure what people find matches: a website that works on phones, and a Google Business Profile with the same name and number. A QR code that opens your Google review page is a smart addition for shops and clinics. Make one with the Google review link generator, or a WhatsApp chat link with the WhatsApp link generator.

About the business Card Maker.

What size is a business card in Pakistan?

Most printers in Pakistan use 3.5 × 2 inches (about 89 × 51 mm). 85 × 55 mm is also common, especially in the UAE.

What does the QR code do?

Your choice: it can save your contact details straight to the phone (a vCard), or open your website.

Is my logo uploaded?

No. The card is drawn in your browser and your files stay on your device.

Can I print at home?

Yes. Download the A4 sheet, print at 100% (not "fit to page") on thick card, and cut along the edges.
