What does an SEO agency actually do each month?
The work depends on the plan, but a typical month covers technical fixes, new or improved content aimed at what your customers search, link and mention building, Google Business Profile work for local businesses, and a report on rankings, traffic and enquiries. You get a written list of what was done, not just a dashboard.
How long does SEO take to work?
Technical fixes and Google Business Profile improvements often show within a few weeks. Content and links compound over three to six months, and longer in competitive markets. We set expectations for your market in the plan, before you commit.
What are GEO and AEO, and do I need them?
AEO (answer engine optimization) is about being the answer Google quotes in featured snippets, People Also Ask boxes and voice results. GEO (generative engine optimization) is about being named when AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews recommend businesses. If your customers research before they buy, both are worth doing, and both build on ordinary SEO.
How much does SEO cost?
Local SEO starts at $400 a month, full SEO programmes at $700 a month, and SEO with AI search included at $1,500 a month. One-off SEO audits start at $300. Every quote is itemised, and monthly work runs month to month with no minimum term.
Can you guarantee rankings?
No. Search engines and AI assistants decide rankings, and anyone guaranteeing a position is guessing or gaming something that will not last. We commit to the work, in writing, and to honest reporting on whether it is bringing in enquiries.
Do you build websites too?
Yes. Our websites are built by the same team that does the SEO, so they are fast, crawlable and structured to rank from launch. We build in WordPress, Laravel, React and Next.js, and small business sites start at $500.
How do payments work?
Monthly services are invoiced monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 14 days notice. One-off projects are split across milestones, usually 40% to start and the balance at delivery. Bank transfer, Wise or Payoneer, invoiced properly with everything itemised.

How long does a website take?
Most small business sites take two to five weeks from kickoff to launch. The main variable is how quickly content and feedback come back from your side, we'll tell you exactly what we need and when.
What do you need from me to start a website?
Your logo and brand files if you have them, any existing content and photos, and access to your domain and hosting. If you don't have content, we can write it, that's quoted separately.
Do you work with WordPress or custom code?
Both. We build in WordPress, vanilla PHP, Laravel, React and Next.js. We recommend the platform that fits your project rather than the one we'd prefer to build in, and we'll explain the reasoning before you commit.
Do you handle hosting and maintenance?
We can. Care plans cover updates, backups, security monitoring, uptime checks and small monthly changes. It's optional, plenty of clients take the site and run it themselves.
Can you redesign my existing site without losing rankings?
Yes. We audit what's there first and map every URL that earns traffic before anything moves. Sometimes a rebuild is right, sometimes fixing speed and structure gets you most of the way for a fraction of the cost. We'll tell you which.
