Pitch decks

Pitch deck design that holds attention and wins the room

Investor and sales decks that hold attention and win the room, a clear narrative, sharp visuals, and slides that make your case instead of cluttering it.

Why this option

When it's the right call.

A great pitch deck is as much story as design. We shape the narrative so each slide earns its place, then design it to look like it came from a company worth backing, clear, confident and easy to follow even under pressure or time constraints.

  • You're raising investment or pitching for work
  • Your current deck is cluttered or off-brand
  • You need story and design, not just pretty slides
Who it's for

A good fit if…

  • Startups raising funding
  • Businesses pitching for contracts
  • Anyone presenting to investors or clients
Probably not, if

Maybe look elsewhere if…

  • You need a full brand identity first
  • You just want a template with no design input
What you get

What's included.

  • Narrative and slide-flow structuring before any design starts
  • Polished, on-brand slide design throughout
  • Data and diagrams made genuinely clear, not just decorated
  • An editable file so you can update it yourself later
  • Print and presentation-ready export
  • A run-through to sanity-check the flow before it matters
Under the hood

How we actually build it.

The detail that separates a page that ranks and converts from one that just exists.

Narrative first, design second

Most decks fail because the story is unclear, not because the slides look bad. We work through the narrative arc first, the problem, why now, why you, the ask, and only start designing once the story actually holds together on its own.

One idea per slide, ruthlessly

A slide crammed with three ideas communicates none of them clearly. Each slide in the deck makes exactly one point, with the visual hierarchy built to guide the eye to what matters most in about three seconds.

Data made legible, not just present

Charts and numbers are redesigned for clarity, the right chart type for the data, minimal noise, one clear takeaway highlighted rather than a table dumped onto a slide and left for the audience to parse themselves.

Built for how it'll actually be used

A deck presented live needs different pacing than one sent cold to be read alone. We design for the real use case, and can produce both a "presented" version and a leave-behind version where the two need to differ.

Switching over

Migrating from something else?

A text-heavy deck built in a rush A generic template with your logo dropped in No deck at all yet, starting from a rough outline

If you already have a deck, we can usually work from its content and existing narrative rather than starting from zero, restructuring the story and rebuilding the visuals, keeping what's genuinely working and fixing what isn't.

Avoid these

Common mistakes we don't make.

  • Leading with the product instead of the problem it solves
  • Cramming multiple ideas onto a single slide
  • Dense tables of numbers instead of one clear chart with a takeaway
  • A deck that only makes sense with the presenter talking over it
  • No editable source file, so every future update needs a designer

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Do you help with the story, or just design?

Both. A deck lives or dies on its narrative, so we shape the flow and messaging as well as the visuals, design alone can't fix an unclear story.

Will I be able to edit it later?

Yes, you get an editable file, typically PowerPoint, Google Slides or Figma, so small updates don't require coming back to us.

How long does a deck take?

A full deck typically takes one to two weeks, depending on how settled the content and numbers already are.

Can you work with our existing content?

Yes, send what you have and we'll tell you honestly what's working and what needs restructuring before we redesign anything.

More general questions about working with us are answered on the FAQ page, or just ask us directly.

Thinking about pitch deck design?

Send us your site or your idea. We'll tell you honestly whether this is the right approach, what it would take, and roughly what it would cost. No pitch deck, no pressure.
