Custom software development for the tools your growth runs on
Internal systems, mobile apps, CRMs and SaaS products, scoped in writing, built in working stages you can test, and handed over with the code in your name. Built by a team that also knows how to get them found and used.
A good fit if…
- Businesses running on spreadsheets and manual workarounds they have outgrown
- Founders who need a working first version in front of real users, not a slide deck
- Companies whose customers expect an app, or whose staff need one in the field
- Sales teams losing leads between WhatsApp, email and a CRM nobody updates
Maybe not, if…
- An off-the-shelf tool already does 90% of what you need. We'll tell you which one
- You need a marketing website, not software. That's web design & development
- You want a fixed price for a product nobody has scoped yet. Discovery comes first
What's included.
- A discovery phase that turns the idea into a written scope, user flows and a fixed price per stage
- UI/UX design and clickable prototypes before anything is built
- Development in short stages, each one deployed somewhere you can test it
- Integrations with the tools you already use: payments, accounting, email, WhatsApp, your website
- Automated backups, error monitoring and a documented deployment process
- Full handover: source code, credentials and documentation in your name
What's not included.
So there are no surprises. Anything here can usually be added, we'll quote it separately.
- Third-party running costs: hosting, app store fees, paid APIs (shown separately, paid by you directly)
- Features outside the agreed scope, which are quoted before they are built
- Ongoing hosting and support after handover, unless you add a plan for it
What lands, and when.
Indicative for a typical project, your exact schedule is set in the plan.
-
Weeks 1-2
Discovery: requirements, user flows, written scope and staged price
-
Weeks 2-4
UX wireframes and a clickable prototype for sign-off
-
Each stage
A working, tested release on a staging link
-
Launch
Production release, monitoring, handover and documentation
What we need from you.
The project moves at the speed of feedback. Have these ready and we'll keep to schedule.
- One decision-maker who can answer questions within a day or two
- Access to the systems we need to integrate with
- Real users, or real staff, to test each stage
- Honest priorities, so the first release does the most important job well
Four steps. No mystery.
You'll always know what's happening, what's next, and what it costs.
Audit
We find out where you actually stand: technical health, rankings, competitors, your Google Business Profile, what AI assistants say about you, and where enquiries are leaking. You get it in writing, in priority order.
Plan
A written plan with the work, the order and the price, tied to the enquiries you want rather than keyword counts. For a build, this is where scope, wireframes and timeline are agreed. You approve it before anything starts.
Execute
We do the work: fixes, content, links, campaigns, or the build itself. You see what was done each month, or watch a site come together on a staging link.
Measure & grow
Monthly reporting in rankings, traffic, AI visibility and enquiries, then more of what works and less of what doesn't. Monthly work runs month to month, so we keep your business by earning it.

How much does custom software cost?
It depends on scope, which is why we start with a paid discovery phase from $500. That produces a written scope and a fixed price for each stage of the build, so you know the cost before development starts.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source code, repositories, hosting accounts and credentials are in your name, and you get documentation at handover. You can take it to another developer at any time.
How long does it take?
Discovery takes one to two weeks. A focused first release typically takes six to twelve weeks after that, delivered in stages you can test along the way rather than all at the end.
Why does an SEO agency build software?
Because growth stalls in the systems behind the marketing as often as in the marketing itself: leads lost between tools, manual work that does not scale, a product nobody can find. We build software with the same focus on outcomes, and we can get it found and used afterwards.
