How we research, write and correct our content.

The standards behind our blog posts and agency guides, written down so you can hold us to them.

Who writes our content

Every blog post and agency guide names its author, with a link to their profile. Guides are researched and written under the responsibility of Muhammad Ali, Founder & SEO Lead, who reviews each one before it is published.

How agency guides are researched

Each "best agencies" guide starts from public sources: company websites and independent review platforms such as Clutch. A company is included only if we can confirm, on its own website, that it operates where the guide says and offers the service the guide is about. Companies that show no address, placeholder contact details or an unreachable website are left out, and we record why.

How we order the list

Every guide publishes its criteria, typically independent reviews (rating and number), how much of the company's work is the service in question, transparency on pricing and results, and a verifiable local office. We do not hire the companies we list or test their services ourselves, and every guide says so.

Our own agency

Digiradix is an agency, and our guides cover our own industry. To keep the ranking fair, we leave ourselves out of it and introduce ourselves in a separate, clearly labelled box, with a disclosure at the top of every guide.

No paid placements

No company pays to be included in, ranked higher in, or removed from a guide. We do not accept free services or gifts in exchange for coverage.

Sources and links

Every fact about a company names its source and the date we checked it. We do not link out to the companies we list; the source names and dates are on the page, and our full record of source addresses is kept for verification and updates.

Ratings and reviews

We report public review figures exactly as the platform shows them on the date we checked, with the number of reviews. We never estimate a rating, and we never give a company a score or rating of our own.

How guides are checked

Every fact about a company is checked by a person against its source, and every guide is reviewed by Muhammad Ali before it is published.

Corrections and removal requests

If something in a guide is wrong or out of date, or a company wants to be added or removed, email hello@digiradix.com with the change and, where possible, a source we can check. We act on requests within a week and note significant corrections on the page.

Keeping guides current

Every listed company is re-checked at least every six months, and each guide shows the date its facts were last verified. Guide titles carry the current year only once the guide has been checked that year.
