Urdu and Arabic SERP preview.
Most SERP preview tools break on right-to-left text. This one shows Urdu and Arabic titles and descriptions the way Google lays them out, right to left, on desktop and mobile, and measures their width so you know where Google will cut them off.

How to use the urdu & Arabic SERP Preview
- Choose Urdu or Arabic.
- Type the page title, URL and meta description.
- Check the desktop and mobile previews and the length bars.
- Shorten anything that will be cut off, keeping the main keyword near the start (the right-hand side).
Why right-to-left snippets need their own check
Google cuts titles and descriptions by pixel width, not character count. Urdu and Arabic letters change shape depending on their position and join to each other, so a title can be much wider (or narrower) than its character count suggests. Previewing tools built for English often display RTL text in the wrong direction, or measure it wrongly.
Urdu has an extra quirk: Google shows it in Naskh-style fonts, not the Nastaliq style many Urdu readers expect. Your title will look like the preview here, not like a Nastaliq newspaper headline.
Writing Urdu and Arabic titles
- Put the main keyword first. In right-to-left text, "first" means the right-hand side, which is also the part least likely to be cut.
- Keep your brand at the end, after a separator.
- Mixing English brand names into Urdu or Arabic is fine; the preview handles mixed text.
- Use the words people really search for, which are often not a direct translation of your English keywords.
- Give each language version its own page and URL, linked with hreflang.

About the urdu & Arabic SERP Preview.
How long can an Urdu title tag be?
Google cuts titles at roughly 580 pixels on desktop. Urdu titles usually fit in about 40 to 55 characters, depending on the letters. The preview measures the real width.
Does Google show Urdu in Nastaliq?
Usually not. Search results use the device's standard Arabic-script font, which is typically Naskh style.
Can I mix English and Urdu in a title?
Yes. Brand names and English terms in Urdu titles are common and display correctly.
Is the pixel measurement exact?
It is a close approximation using Arial, which Google uses for results, and your device's Arabic-script font. Fonts vary by device, so leave a little margin.
Should Urdu pages have Urdu URLs?
They can, but Urdu URLs become long percent-encoded strings when copied. Many sites use English or Roman Urdu slugs for Urdu pages.
